Damaged and Defective Items:

On occasion, products may arrive with some form of damage or defect. It is essential that you contact as soon as you are aware of the situation. Please re-box the item in its original packaging and wait for us to determine the best course of action. Please do not return any item to us without prior approval.

Return Policy

Authorization to return any product must be secured from our return department. In order to control costs and still offer free shipping, the return of any non-defective item, when authorized, will be charged the actual shipping costs. No products will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RNA) written clearly on the outside of the package. All items must also be returned in their original packaging.
